MerchantLink payment gateway is being sunset by Shift4 and the MerchantLink and Stayntouch PMS integration will be deactivated on March 31st. All customers must transition off of this connection by March 31st to avoid disruptions.
To ensure Stayntouch customers aren't at risk of having their operations disrupted, our Stayntouch team is available to assist with your transition. There are two payment solution options to mitigate any disruptions to your operations:

  • Convert to Stayntouch Pay, our end-to-end payment gateway which is fully customizable and handles payment processing, acquisition, and settlement.
  • Convert to the end-to-end Shift4 UTG payment solution.
