Hotels and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). It will be a trend many hotels should think about. And in hotels it’s a bit double. Today most people bringing their own device are guests. Most hotels do not have a strategy in place on offering guests services from the guests OWN device. Now the next trend might be that hotel staff will also bring their own device. Why not offering PMS functions to run from the staff members OWN device.
