2024 October – Change API: add a flag custom_group in GET/groups and GET/groups/{id) responses

By implementing a custom_group flag, we will provide clearer information to vendors, reducing the likelihood of confusion and ensuring that vendors correctly understand the type of group they are dealing with. (I.e. when to use GET/groups/{id)/room_rates or GET/groups/{id)/custom_group_addons)
